What is a Tandoori Paratha?

The famous Dhabas (road side cafes) of Punjab & Haryana in India have changed the way parathas were made. Traditionally parathas were made on Tawa (Skillet), soaked in Ghee (Clarified butter). As in modern times people became health conscious, all famous Dhabas have switched from traditional frying of the parathas to Tandoor (Clay Oven) baked Parathas, a healthier alternatives, offering the same traditional taste.
